Who we are

KOVPLUS s.r.o. provides comprehensive logistics services in cooperation with ZBERKO s.r.o., delivering reliable solutions for more than 25 years. We operate across multiple transshipment sites in the Eastern Slovakia region, including our own industrial facilities. Our focus covers key parts of the supply chain — from goods import, storage, and material handling to final delivery to the destination.

We are a family‑owned company built on flexibility, speed, and reliability. We take every project personally and put in 110%. Long‑term partnerships are essential to us, which is why we emphasize fairness, stability, and practical solutions that truly work.

Material handling

We provide loading, unloading, and transshipment of bulk, magnetic, palletized, and unit goods. We handle transfers between trucks and railcars, between railcars themselves, and we also operate on broad‑gauge tracks, enabling material movement between broad and standard gauge.

Our logistics operations take place both in our industrial sites and directly at the customer’s location. Thanks to mobile equipment and our own road and rail transport, we can respond quickly, flexibly, and without unnecessary downtime.

Freight transport

We provide road and rail freight transport for bulk, magnetic, and unit materials, either as part of the transshipment process or as a standalone service. We transport bulk, magnetic, and unit goods including coal, ore, coke, scrap, and palletized cargo. By combining truck and rail transport, we can flexibly tailor the solution to the material type, volume, and destination.

We manage transport end‑to‑end — from selecting the optimal transport method to full execution. We use our own capacities as well as trusted partners, ensuring reliable delivery without unnecessary downtime. A key advantage is the direct connection to our transshipment sites, enabling efficient handling and a smooth material flow.

Yes, we carry out transshipment between trucks and railcars, as well as between railcars themselves — including operations on broad‑gauge tracks. This allows us to handle cargo transfers between broad‑gauge and standard‑gauge systems efficiently.

Where do you provide your services?

We operate mainly in the Eastern Slovakia region, with a strong focus on Košice and its surroundings, and we can also deliver our services directly at the customer’s location.

What material volumes can you process?

We have experience with handling and transporting large volumes of material. The specific capacity depends on the material type and the project — we will be happy to prepare a tailored solution for you.
